Individual Try Scuba Diving

 Gotodive Cyprus - Try Scuba Program Terms & Conditions

1. **Eligibility**
  - Participants must be at least 10 years old to join the Try Scuba program.
  - Participants must be in good health and free from any medical conditions that may impair their ability to dive. A medical questionnaire must be completed prior to participation. If necessary, a doctor’s clearance may be required.

2. **Liability Waiver**
  - All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in the Try Scuba program. This waiver releases Gotodive Cyprus, its instructors, and staff from any liability related to the scuba diving activities.

3. **Booking and Payment**
  - Bookings for the Try Scuba program must be made in advance. 
  - Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm participation.
  - Payments are non-refundable, except as outlined in the cancellation policy.

4. **Cancellation and Refunds**
  - Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled program will receive a full refund.
  - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled program will not be refunded.
  - In the event of a cancellation by Gotodive Cyprus due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

5. **Program Content**
  - The Try Scuba program includes a briefing on basic scuba diving techniques, safety guidelines, and an introduction to the equipment used.
  - Participants will be supervised by a certified scuba instructor at all times during the program.
  - The program includes a confined water session, where participants will experience scuba diving in a controlled environment.

6. **Equipment and Safety**
  - Gotodive Cyprus will provide all necessary diving equipment, including masks, fins, wetsuits, and tanks. Participants are responsible for taking care of the provided equipment.
  - Safety is the top priority, and participants are required to follow all instructions provided by the instructor. Failure to comply with safety guidelines may result in the immediate termination of participation without a refund.

7. **Conduct**
  - Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the program. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe by the instructor may result in the participant being asked to leave the program.

8. **Weather Conditions**
  - The Try Scuba program is subject to weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, Gotodive Cyprus reserves the right to reschedule the program for the safety of the participants.

9. **Medical Insurance**
  - Participants are strongly advised to have their own medical and travel insurance that covers scuba diving activities. Gotodive Cyprus does not provide insurance for participants.

By enrolling in the Try Scuba program at Gotodive Cyprus, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
