Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu and Transfer to Hotel Upon arrival in Kathmandu, our representative will greet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. Relax and prepare for the upcoming adventure.

Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Beni Embark on a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Beni, a charming town at the confluence of the Kali Gandaki and Myagdi rivers. Enjoy the changing landscapes as you leave the city behind.

Day 3: Drive from Beni to Kagbeni Continue your journey by Jeep from Beni to Kagbeni, a gateway to Upper Mustang. Marvel at the picturesque views of terraced fields and traditional villages along the way.

Day 4: Drive from Kagbeni to Lo Manthang Experience the thrill of driving through dramatic landscapes as you make your way to Lo Manthang, the capital of Upper Mustang. Explore the ancient monasteries and immerse yourself in the unique culture of this hidden kingdom.

Day 5: Day Hiking in Lo Manthang and Explore to Tibet Border Embark on a day hike in and around Lo Manthang, discovering the charm of this medieval town. Optionally, explore the Tibet border, absorbing the cultural nuances. Return to Lo Manthang for a restful evening.

Day 6: Drive Back to Jomsom Bid farewell to Lo Manthang and drive back to Jomsom, enjoying the scenic beauty and diverse landscapes along the way.

Day 7: Drive Back to Pokhara Continue your Jeep Safari to Pokhara, a city renowned for its serene lakes and stunning mountain views. Relax and unwind in this picturesque setting.

Day 8: Drive Back to Kathmandu Embark on the final leg of your journey, driving back to Kathmandu. Reflect on the memories created during this unique expedition.

Day 9: Sightseeing in Kathmandu Explore the cultural and historical wonders of Kathmandu, visiting iconic sites such as Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Durbar Square.

Day 10: Final Departure After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure. Bid farewell to the enchanting land of Mustang with cherished memories.

Booking and Payment:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Full payment must be settled 30 days before the trip departure date.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the departure date will incur a loss of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the departure date will result in a loss of the full trip cost.

Trip Alterations:

  • Berg Reisen Nepal reserves the right to modify or cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.
  • In the event of trip cancellation by Berg Reisen Nepal, clients will be offered an alternative trip or a full refund.

Travel Insurance:

  • Comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and evacuation, is mandatory for all participants.
  • Clients must provide proof of travel insurance before the trip commences.

Health and Fitness:

  • Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness and ensuring they are adequately prepared for the challenges of the Jeep Safari in Upper Mustang.
  • Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to Berg Reisen Nepal prior to departure.

Permits and Documentation:

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and travel documents required for the Upper Mustang region.
  • Berg Reisen Nepal will assist in obtaining necessary permits but is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate documentation provided by clients.

Responsibility and Liability:

  • Participants understand and accept the risks associated with adventure travel and acknowledge that Berg Reisen Nepal and its staff will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the trip.
  • Clients are advised to follow the instructions of the guide for their safety.

Force Majeure:

  • Berg Reisen Nepal is not liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or adverse weather conditions.

Unused Services:

  • No refunds or compensation will be provided for any unused services or features of the trip.

Dispute Resolution:

  • In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation or mediation.
